Antibacterial effect of FKFL-G2, second-generation polyamidoamine (G2 PAMAM), kanamycin (Kan), and ampicillin (Amp) on (A) E. coli and (B) S. aureus. The relationship between the FKFL peptide and FKFL-G2 concentration and bacterial cell viability was evaluated in (C) E. coli and (D) S. aureus. The results are shown as the mean ± SD (n = 3).
