In the originally published version of this manuscript, there were errors in two sentences.
Sentence “Child 4 (female) died at 18 months old, two days after being treated with paracetamol and pseudoephedrine for a respiratory infection” should be replaced with “Child 4 (female) died at 18 months old, two days after being treated with paracetamol and pseudoephedrine chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine for a respiratory infection.”
Sentence “Furthermore, Child 4 was treated with pseudoephedrine, a sympathomimetic that activates α- and β-adrenergic receptors and causes release of endogenous catecholamines, which are the triggers of CPVT” should be replaced with “Furthermore, Child 4 was treated with pseudoephedrine phenylephrine, a sympathomimetic that activates α- and β-adrenergic receptors and causes release of endogenous catecholamines, which and is a trigger of CPVT.”
These details have been corrected only in this correction notice to preserve the published version of record.
