The authors regret that the top-right corner SEM image in Fig. 6 in the original article is not the correct image representing PEO 750 (week 8) sample. This change does not affect the scientific content of the original published work. Also, the electron micrographs of PEO matrices were obtained using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) (Hitachi SU8030, Japan) operating at 1.0 kV. This information on SEM experiment had inadvertently been overlooked in the original article. Following is the corrected Fig. 6:
