PMCID: PMC10105123  PMID: 37069956

Patient consent statements were not included in the published version of the following articles that appeared in previous issues of Radiology Case Reports.

The appropriate statements are included below.

  • 1.

“Chronic lymphoid leukemia metastasis to the gallbladder as a focal mass: A case report” [Radiology Case Reports, 2021; 16(6): 1477–1484] doi:10.1016/j.radcr.2021.03.018

Patient consent: The author obtained verbal consent but was unable to obtain written consent from the patient or from the patient's relatives, despite attempts to do so. Because of the public interest in publication, the anonymization of the patient, and that attempts had been made to contact the patient and their relatives, exceptional agreement for publication of the case report was given by the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Radiology Case Reports.

  • 2.

“Tuberculosis presenting with seizure and abdominal pain in a young female: A case report” [Radiology Case Reports, 2022; 17(2): 350–354] doi:10.1016/j.radcr.2021.10.041

Patient consent: The authors are unable to obtain written consent as the patient is lost to follow-up. Because of the public interest in publication, the anonymization of the patient, and that attempts had been made to contact the patient and their relatives, exceptional agreement for publication of the case report was given by the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Radiology Case Reports.

  • 3.

“Citrobacter koseri meningitis with cerebral edema and pneumocephalus in a neonate” [Radiology Case Reports 2021; 16(3): 528–530] doi:10.1016/j.radcr.2020.12.039

Patient consent: The authors confirm that informed consent has been obtained from the patient's family. We would like to thank the family for allowing the patient's information to be shared in the case report.
