Clin Infect Dis 2015; 61:800–6; https://doi.org/10.1093/cid/civ495),1 the methodology for confidence interval estimation was not specified and a confidence interval was incorrectly reported. The confidence interval in the footnote of Table 2 and in the last sentence in the Illustration section should read (43% to 82%) and was estimated using Halperin et al.2P values for hypothesis testing can be calculated using the Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney U statistic corrected for ties.
