We have taken notice of the recent article on the authorship policy of the Korean Journal of Radiology regarding artificial intelligence large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT [1]. Park mentioned that recognizing the potential concerns about LLMs in academic publications, leading academic journals, and science organizations, including premier journals such as Nature, Science, and JAMA, have recently stated editorial policies that prohibit the inclusion of these nonhuman technologies as authors, with some even prohibiting the inclusion of artificial intelligence-generated text in the submitted work [1]. It is wrong to use ChatGPT to create, analyze, and accept primary content without user engagement [2]. Everyone would agree that the architecture of ChatGPT has to be improved. We may all agree that a new design is required for ChatGPT to perform more adequately. Before being employed in practice, research, or training, ChatGPT code of conduct should be examined and improved. The full code of conduct for using ChatGPT in practice, teaching, and research should be made available to minimize unintended malpractice or misbehavior.
