A-D: Colorectal tumors developed in all AOM/DSS treated C57BL/6 mice. E-F: Tumors were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H & E). The Swiss roll technique followed by IHC did not have access to all those rectal tumors (panels B and D) due to the nature of the technique. Unavoidably, sections are omitted at both ends of the Swiss roll during construction. Low expression of UBXN2A in heterozygote mice (+/−) significantly increased both low- and highgrade adenomas.
