It was brought to our attention that WHO (https://www.who.int/health-topics/gender#tab=tab_1) which defines gender as the “the characteristics of women, men, girls and boys that are socially constructed. Since we were discussing characters of mice, the correct term should be sex. Therefore, the authors wish to change our title to “Impact of SCID mouse sex on tumorigenicity, xenograft growth and drug-response in a large panel of orthotopic PDX models of pediatric brain tumors.”

The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
