Retraction Notice to: Efficient Derivation of Functional Floor Plate Tissue from Human Embryonic Stem Cells

This article has been retracted at the request of the authors. The authors were alerted of several instances of figure duplications and inappropriate re-use of control panels. Specifically, Figure 2B and Figure 5M show re-use of the controls, with changes in aspect ratio for different days of treatment and shared image elements; Figure 5F and Figure 6A display re-use of two control images with changes in aspect ratio; and Figure 5I and Figure 5M show re-use of controls with change in aspect ratio and selective color enhancements. The Regenerative Research Foundation conducted an investigation into the contents of this publication and confirmed the above figure duplications and re-use of control panels and found that the original data supporting the findings were not available. Under these circumstances, the authors concluded that the appropriate response is to retract the paper. The authors apologize to their colleagues and the community for any inconvenience. All authors agreed to the retraction except for C.A.F., who declined to sign.
