In Recommendation 9 on page 3889 and throughout the sections in the guidelines that discuss the management of blood pressure in patients with sickle cell disease, the blood pressure cutoff of “≤130/80 mm Hg” should read “<130/80 mm Hg”. Also, the blood pressure cutoff of “≤140/90 mm Hg” should read “<140/90 mm Hg.”
