Bacteriophage plaques on the soft agar subculture of Pseudomonas aeruginous. A and B show the plaques (A (10−9 PFU), 10 times more diluted than B (10−8 PFU)). All the plaques of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteriophages are clear and circle with 0.5–1 mm diameter.
