In the original version of Di Gesù and Matz et al. (2022), Supplemental Figure 7 panels A, B, G, and H were inadvertently mislabeled. Specifically, for the beta diversity plots, the colors used to indicate the corresponding diet + L. reuteri treatments (F2 MRD + L. reuteri and F2 MHFD + L. reuteri) were swapped. However, the spatial representation of the data has not changed. The figure has been corrected in the original paper online, and the corrections do not change the conclusions of the study. The authors regret this error and apologize for any confusion caused.
