(A) A graph showing the MIS frequency of mutants for known calcineurin targets (Gwo1, Pbp1, Puf4, and Vts1) as well as double deletion mutants of genes that showed an effect on MIS (p-values: ** < 0.01, **** < 0.0001). The double deletion mutants were not found to be significant as compared to their respective mutants (p-value >0.05).
