Correction to: Nature Reviews Immunology 10.1038/s41577-023-00834-4. Published online 27 January 2023.

In the version of this article initially published, there were presentation errors in Figures 2b and 3, whereby an antigen-presenting cell was shown incorrectly to present antigen to a B cell on MHC class II. Instead, the B cell should have been shown to recognize native (unprocessed) antigen. Further, the second to last sentence in the Figure 3 legend has been updated to read “P-selectin promotes the differentiation of monocytes to pro-inflammatory APCs expressing high levels of MHC class II, CD80 and CD86 to efficiently prime and co-stimulate T cells” from “P-selectin … MHC class II to prime B cells and of CD80 and CD86 to efficiently co-stimulate T cells.” The changes have been made in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
