The authors regret that the conversion from ng/mL to nmol/L for 25-hydroxyvitamin D was incorrect in the Background section of the Abstract. It should read: “Low 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25[OH]D) concentrations (<30 ng/mL [<75 nmol/L]) have been associated with muscle weakness and impaired physical performance in observational studies.”

The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
