The expression of sphingosine-1-phosphate lyase 1 (SGPL1) (A), ceramide transport protein (CERT) (B), sphingolipid transporter 2 (SPNS2) (C), and ATP-binding cassette transporter (ABCA1) (D) in rat’s liver, as well as the images of representative blots of the target protein and corresponding total protein. The expression of S1P-degrading enzyme and sphingolipid transporting proteins was assessed by Western blotting, as described in the Section 2.
