In the Original Investigation titled “Association of Physical Activity With Neurofilament Light Chain Trajectories in Autosomal Dominant Frontotemporal Lobar Degeneration Variant Carriers,”1 published online November 14, 2022, and in the January 2023 issue, there was an error in the labeling of the regression lines in Figure 1. The low physical activity regression line should be the line with the highest/steepest increases in neurofilament light chain trajectories, whereas high physical activity should be the line with the lowest/slowest increases in neurofilament light chain trajectories. This article was corrected online.
