In the originally published version of this article, early versions of Figures 7, 15, and 16 appeared instead of their final versions:

  • In Figure 7, pluripotency flow cytometry results were presented at the end of the sequence of panels depicting stage completion results, rather than at the beginning; the stage abbreviations were not spelled out and did not indicate the day of sample collection; and the panel for stage 5 completion displayed flow cytometry results for Glucagon and C-peptide instead of Nkx6.1 and C-Peptide.

  • In Figure 15, incorrect results were shown for markers of poly-hormonal cells.

  • In Figure 16, human Glucagon ELISA results were missing.

The figures have now been updated. The authors apologize for any confusion the initial error may have caused.
