Authors would like to correct the typos and missing of reference in this publication as listed here.
In the Table 2, the title for “Incidence” was mistyped as “per person-years”. It should have been “% per year” instead.
In the Fig. 2, proportion of VTE-free patients on the vertical axis was mistyped as “0.895, 0.890”. It should have been “0.985, 0.980”.
In the Fig. 3c, there was a blank of cancer type. The fourth curve from the top indicates “Lung”.
