Reason for withdrawal from publication

This version of the review has been withdrawn. During the course of updating, the review has been split into a number of separate reviews examining head to head comparisons as part of the Multiple meta‐Analyses of New Generation Antidepressants (MANGA Study). These individual reviews will then be combined in a mega‐review using multiple treatment model methodology.

The editorial group responsible for this previously published document have withdrawn it from publication.
