This paper gives a sketch of the consistency proof for propositions 1, 2 of Proc. Nat. Acad. Sci., 24, 556 (1938), if T is Zermelo's system of axioms for set theory (Math. Ann., 65, 261) with or without axiom of substitution and if Zermelo's notion of “Definite Eigenschaft” is identified with “propositional function over the system of all sets.” Cf. the first definition of this paper.
