Smoking rates in the staff of a military field hospital before and after wartime deployment
In this paper (January 2004 JRSM1) the pre-deployment smoking prevalence in regular Army personnel is stated in the Summary and Discussion to have been 42%. This was in fact the post-deployment figure; before deployment it was 34%.
