The authors regret that, they accidentally misused recrystallization image (the upper part of Fig. 1d) because the original ice recrystallization images with that published in Food Chemistry (2022, 371: 131054) were all stored in a dedicated computer, which was taken out by negligence. The corrected upper part of Fig. 1d is as below.
