Main text

(STAR Protocols 5, 102804; March 15, 2024)

The originally published version of step 11 under “Neurons isolation” contained inaccuracies in steps h and l and an extraneous step (formerly k). They have been corrected online as detailed below.

Original versions:

“h. During this centrifugation step, set up new LS columns and new 15 mL tubes;”

“k. Remove supernatant;”

“l. Resuspend cell pellet up to 107 cells in 500 μL of PBS+/+ + 0.5% BSA.”

Corrected versions:

“h. During this incubation step, set up new LS columns and new 15 mL tubes;”

“k. Adjust volume to 500 μL, for up to 107 cells, with PBS+/+ + 0.5% BSA.”

The authors apologize for these discrepancies and any confusion they may have caused.
