Correction to “Diagnosis and management of eosinophilic esophagitis”

CMAJ has been made aware of an error that occurred in the Feb. 5, 2024, issue.¹

A typo suggests that reference 3 (Hirano and Furuta, 2020) is cited in the sentence, “A Cochrane review found that topical corticosteroids achieve clinical, histologic, and endoscopic remission, but they were not superior to PPIs.” This reference does not apply to this statement.
