In the Research Article “Neurodevelopmental defects and neurodegenerative phenotypes in human brain organoids carrying Parkinson's disease-linked DNAJC6 mutations,” the authors note that incorrect representative images were used in Fig. 1G and Fig. 2K.
In Fig. 1G in the original version:
• The position of the FOXA2 panel for mutant 1 and mutant 3 were inadvertently switched.
• In addition, the FOXA2/LMX1A staining of wild-type (WT) 3 was incorrectly cropped from one of the WT2 images.
• The NURR1+/DAPI+ cell images of WT1 and WT2 were incorrectly cropped from the WT3 images.
• The NURR1+/DAPI+ cell images of mutant 2 and mutant 3 were incorrectly cropped from the images of mutant 1.
In Fig. 2K (FM1-43 panel), the mutant 1 image was incorrectly cropped from one of the mutant 2 stainings.
Figure 1 and Fig. 2 have been replaced. The PDF and HTML (full text) have been corrected.
