The Original Investigation titled “Multitarget Stool RNA Test for Colorectal Cancer Screening,”1 published in the October 23, 2023, issue of JAMA, was corrected to fix an error in Results in which the incorrect number of participants aged 45 to 49 years was listed as having detection of colorectal cancer via multitarget stool RNA testing. This article was corrected online.
