Brain-derived autophagosome profiling reveals the engulfment of nucleoid-enriched mitochondrial fragments by basal autophagy in neurons

In our published paper, we determined a median cargo score of 0.0331, as shown in Figures 1D, 2A, 2G, and 3A, and all analysis was performed using this median value. However, there is a typographical error in the first paragraph of the section entitled “Proteomics identify cargos of basal autophagy in the brain,” in which the median score was mistakenly written as 0.331, which should read 0.0331. Importantly, no results or conclusions are altered by this typographical correction.
