We updated the Funding section of our original paper to follow the terms of our sponsored agreement. The new Funding section reads as follows:

The U.S. Government is authorized to reproduce and distribute reprints for Government purposes notwithstanding any copyright notation thereon. The views and conclusions contained herein are those of the authors and should not be interpreted as necessarily representing the official policies or endorsements, either expressed or implied, of Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) or the U.S. Government.”

Additionally, the clearance status of the work and approval for publication is needed: “Distribution A. Approved for public release: distribution unlimited. AFRL 2024-0873.”

No other changes were made to the manuscript, and the scientific results and impact remain the same.
