Corrigendum to “Preparation of saturated fatty acid hydroperoxide isomers and determination of their thermal decomposition products – 2-alkanones and lactones” [Food Chem.: X 21 (2024) 101074]

The authors regret to inform that there was an inadvertent error in Fig. 1 in the published version. The structural formulas for the derivatives in the original Fig. 1 were incorrect, as they had one extra carbon. The corrected Fig. 1 is presented below. The changes in this corrigendum do not alter the conclusions of the study.
