Table Data Errors

PMCID: PMC11063923  PMID: 38691381

In the Original Investigation titled “Lower vs Higher Oxygenation Target and Days Alive Without Life Support in COVID-19: The HOT-COVID Randomized Clinical Trial,”1 published in the April 9, 2024, issue of JAMA, several data errors occurred. The correct risk ratio for the secondary outcome of death by day 90 is 0.86 (the published 95% CI is unchanged), and the No./total (%) data for serious adverse events are 172/362 (47.5%) in the lower oxygenation group and 185/358 (51.7%) in the higher oxygenation group (only the numerators were incorrect). This article was corrected online.
