In this review, Tables 1, 2, 3, and 4 and Figures 2 and 3 were adapted from a published source (Sahri et al., 2020, Marine Policy 111, 103893, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.marpol.2020.103893) without appropriate acknowledgment. In addition, sections of the text were adapted from the same source without these sections being clearly marked as quotes and not the authors' original text. The editors and authors are thus retracting this review and offering an apology to the journal readers.
