Early expression of integrin-alpha 2 subunit by DP-MSCs in fibrin hydrogel

Transcript level of ITGA1 (A), ITGA2 (B), ITGAV (C), ITGB1 (D); ITGB3 (E) expressed by mesenchymal cells were investigated in DP-MSCs from different donors cultured in fibrin hydrogels for one day (n = 7 for ITGA2 and n = 6 for the other genes).
