Corrigendum to “The prophylaxis and treatment potential of supplements for COVID-19” [Eur. J. Pharmacol. 887 (15 November 2020) 173530]

The authors regret the error in the original article's wording. The corrected sentence would be as follows: "a cross-sectional analysis reported a negative relationship between the average vitamin D levels and the number of COVID positive cases (P = 0.050), and also the rate of COVID–19 mortality (P = 0.05) (Ilie et al., 2020)".

It is essential to note that these corrections do not impact the final conclusions drawn.

The authors express their regret for any confusion caused and extend their heartfelt appreciation to the readers for their understanding and support.
