RETRACTION NOTICE

The above article titled “Review of scoring systems for hidradenitis suppurativa,” originally published in the Annals of Dermatology in February 2024, authored by Youngbeom Kim, Jungsoo Lee, Hoon-Soo Kim, Hyun-Chang Ko, Byung-Soo Kim, Moon-Bum Kim and Kihyuk Shin, has been retracted by an agreement between the Editor-in-Chiief, Kihyuk Shin and the publisher.

The retraction has been agreed following an investigation based on allegations raised by a third party. A detailed investigation revealed some overlap in content, which is common in review articles due to the nature of the subject matter. Although the authors maintain that these issues did not affect the major conclusions, they wished to retract the article The authors and the Journal apologize to readers for any inconvenience this may have caused.
