Testis near the anterior superior iliac spine [Figure 1] into the anterior abdominal wall [Figure 2] is the rarest site of ectopic testis.[1,2] Good clinical examination, thorough workup, and informed intraoperative decision are required to manage such cases. Such cases have an excellent prognosis.
