Scanning mutagenesis of the voltage-gated sodium channel Na_V1.2 using base editing

In the originally published version of this article, the authors stated in the STAR Methods that they calculated cell population doubling using the equation $\mathit{Round}\mathit{Cell}\mathit{Doubling}={\mathit{log}}_{1.5e6}(\mathit{Total}\#\mathit{Cells})•2$. They have now corrected this equation to reflect how they actually calculated cell doublings:

$$\mathit{Cell}\mathit{Population}\mathit{Doublings}={\mathit{log}}_2[(\mathit{final}\mathit{cell}\mathit{count})/(\mathit{initial}\mathit{cell}\mathit{count})].$$
