In this study, the authors demonstrate a chromatin remodeling mechanism whereby the BAF complex facilitates the stepwise binding of PU.1 and NF-kB factors, thereby limiting the memory B cell program and preventing transformation into an aggressive form of lymphoma. During the revision process of the manuscript, the authors inadvertently mislabeled the title of Figure 1 with the Figure 2 title. The title for Figure 1 is now corrected to read: “Figure 1. ARID1A loss disrupts germinal center dynamics and leads to chromatin repression.” Another error was introduced in the process: one data point in the bar graph of Figure 7C, BCL+HET group, was missing (n = 4 instead of the three points shown), and the figure is now corrected. Reintroducing the data point into the analysis did not alter the conclusions (the difference between the groups remains significant). The overall conclusions of the article are not affected by these corrections. The authors apologize for any inconvenience that these errors in the final preparation of the paper may have caused.
