Following publication of the original article [1] it was reported that there was an error in the affiliations of Pierre Côté and Rajiv Reebye.
Pierre Côté was mistakenly assigned affiliation 5 instead of 15, and Rajiv Reebye was mistakenly assigned affiliation 15 instead of their missing affiliation, now affiliation 16.
The incorrect affiliations were:
Pierre Côté5, Rajiv Reebye15
5Department of Noncommunicable Diseases, Rehabilitation and Disability, World Health Organization, Geneva, Switzerland.
15Institute for Disability and Rehabilitation Research and Faculty of Health Sciences, Ontario Tech University, Ontario, Canada.
The correct affiliations are:

15Institute for Disability and Rehabilitation Research and Faculty of Health Sciences, Ontario Tech University, Ontario, Canada
16Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Neuromuscular Skeletal (NMS) and Acquired Brain Injury Program (ABI) GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada

The original article has been updated.
