In the original published version of this article, the authors have made an error by duplicating Table 8, which has resulted in the incorrect numbering of the subsequent tables as Table 10 and Table 11 instead of Table 9 and Table 10.
To fix the issue the duplicated table 8 will be removed and the remaining tables will be renumbered as Tables 9 and 10 instead of Tables 10 and 11.
The authors apologize for the errors. Both the HTML and PDF versions of the article have been updated to correct the errors.
