Erratum

PMCID: PMC1182129

In the October 2003 issue of the Journal, in the articles entitled “Recent Advances in Human Quantitative-Trait-Locus Mapping: Comparison of Methods for Selected Sibling Pairs,” by T.Cuenco et al. (73:863–873), and “Recent Advances in Human Quantitative-Trait-Locus Mapping: Comparison of Methods for Discordant Sibling Pairs,” by Szatkiewicz et al. (73:874–885), table 1 (which is similar in both articles) contains minor errors. The last line of the table, “Overall correlation,” should have the values .2833 for models 5 and 6 and .259 for models 3 and 8. The incorrect value of .3 was used in all simulations in the studies. We regret the error. However, we have rerun the simulations with the correct correlation values; any changes were in the third digit after the decimal or beyond.
