In the above referenced article, Table 3 was updated during the revision process to reflect a request from a peer reviewer to change the range from a low end of 7.0 hours to a new low end of 5.6 hours under “Rate of increase” in part B of the table. This was shown correctly in the published version.
However, there was an error in which the “Discussion” section of this article was not updated according to the new range shown in Table 3. Therefore, in the “Discussion” section, the sentence “The time to moderate or severe elevations of BHB was from 7.2 to 21.0 hours.” has been corrected to “The time to moderate or severe elevations of BHB was from 5.6 to 21.0 hours.”
