Following publication of this article, it was brought to our attention that in Table 1 the reverse primer of NRF2 was incorrectly given as 5’- TTTGCAAGCATCCTCGTTCC- 3’.

Table 1.

The mRNA sequences

Gene Forward primer Reverse primer
KEAP1 5’ - ATGAGTGTACCCCGAAACCG- 3’ 5’- TACAGCAGGCGATTGAGCAC- 3’
NRF2 5’ - GGCAACTACTCCCAGGTTTCT-3’ 5’-TGTCCTGCTGCATGTTGTCT-3’
SOD 5’ - TGAGCCCTAATGGTGGTGGA- 3’ 5’- TTTGCAAGCATCCTCGTTCC- 3’
GAPDH 5’ - GGTATTCCTTCTTCCCGTGC- 3’ 5’- CCAAATCCGTTCACTCCGA- 3’

The correct NRF2 reverse primer should be 5’-TGTCCTGCTGCATGTTGTCT-3’.

The correct version of Table 1 can be found below:
