In the Special Communication titled “Modifying Informed Consent to Help Address Functional Unmasking in Psychedelic Clinical Trials,”1 published online January 8, 2025, and in the March 1, 2025, issue, there was an error in the Figure. The second question in the decision tree reversed the response boxes in relation to the guidelines. This article was corrected online to make the decision tree accurate and easier to interpret.
