This is a correction to: Laura Kemppainen, Teemu Kemppainen, Jani Raitanen, Mari Aaltonen, Leena Forma, Anne Kouvonen, Jutta Pulkki, All-cause and cause-specific mortality among older migrant and non-migrant adults in Finland: a register study on all deaths, 2002–2020, European Journal of Public Health, Volume 34, Issue 6, December 2024, Pages 1163–1172, https://doi.org/10.1093/eurpub/ckae159
In the originally published version of this manuscript, there was a small mistake in the data processing that resulted in minor adjustments to the Incidence Rate Ratios (IRRs) presented in the tables and figures. Specifically, these changes lead to an approximate 0–0.05 decrease in the IRRs. Although these adjustments do not alter the general findings in the paper, they slightly strengthen the observed mortality advantage among some migrant groups. In some cases, this may affect the statistical significance of cause-specific mortality for particular origin groups, with previously non-significant results becoming significant. This does not impact the main conclusions of the study.
This error has been corrected and the figures, tables and supplementary data have been updated.
