In the original version of the Research Article “Gradient double-twisted Bouligand structural design for high impact resistance over a wide range of loading velocities” by S.-M. Wen et al., the scale bars in Fig. 2 (G and H) were labeled with the incorrect unit. Seven scale bars for Fig. 3 (D to H) were also labeled incorrectly due to figure layout errors. Last, one unit in a sentence in the Materials and Methods was incorrectly written and has been revised from “40 cm” to “40 mm.”
The following corrections have been implemented:
• Figure 2 has been revised with the correct scale bar units.
• Figure 3 has been revised with the correct scale bar labels in (D) to (H).
• One sentence in the fourth paragraph of the Materials and Methods has been revised from “(the diameter of the hollow area is 40 cm)” to “(the diameter of the hollow area is 40 mm).”
The authors’ conclusions are not affected by these corrections. The XML and PDF of the article have been updated.
