An Acid Phosphatase Activity in Isolates of Bordetella bronchiseptica

Abstract

A simple qualitative test was used to investigate acid phosphatase activity in isolates of Bordetella bronchiseptica from different animal species. Of the 78 isolates examined, 58 showed the enzyme activity in less than 12 hours of incubation at 37°C.
