In the article by Ahmad et al, “Inhibition of Angiopoietin-Like Protein 3 With a Monoclonal Antibody Reduces Triglycerides in Hypertriglyceridemia,” which published online June 27, 2019, and appeared in the August 6, 2019, issue of the journal (Circulation. 2019;140:470–486. doi: 10.1161/CIRCULATIONAHA.118.039107), several corrections to the Data Supplement were needed.

In Supplemental Table III: Pharmacokinetic Parameters of Total Serum Evinacumab Concentrations, corrections have been made to the data from the multiple ascending dose study:
a. For the 150 mg QW SC, 300 mg Q2W SC, and 300 mg QW SC subgroups the data presented for tmax, Cmax and Cmax/dose have been corrected.
b. For the 450 mg Q2W SC subgroup, the mean values for tmax and Cmax have been corrected and the SD values have been corrected for all parameters presented in the table (tmax, Cmax, Cmax/dose, AUClast, AUClast/dose, AUCtau, CLss/F).
c. For the 450 mg QW SC subgroup, the N values have been corrected from 7 to 6, and the mean, median and SD values have been corrected for all parameters in the table.
d. For the 20 mg/kg Q4W IV subgroup, the data presented for tmax, Cmax and Cmax/dose have been corrected. Also the units for Cmax/dose have been corrected from 1/L to kg/L, the units for AUClast/dose have been corrected from day/L to day*kg/L, and the units for CLss/F have been corrected from L/day to mL/day/kg.
In Supplemental Table VI: Changes Over Time in Liver Function Test Parameters (IU/L) in Patients with Elevations in Creatine Phosphokinase (Single Ascending Dose Study), the data point at Day 4 for Patient 3 (SC placebo) has been corrected from −18 to −13.
In Supplemental Table VII: Changes Over Time in Liver Function Test Parameters (IU/L) in Patients with Elevations in Alanine Aminotransferase (Multiple Ascending Dose Study), the study days have been revised from Day 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 to Day 8, 15, 29, 57, 78, 99, 120, 141, 162, and 183.
In Supplemental Table VIII: Changes Over Time in Liver Function Test Parameters (IU/L) in Patients with Elevations in Aspartate Aminotransferase (Multiple Ascending Dose Study), the study days have been revised from Day 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 to Day 8, 15, 29, 57, 78, 99, 120, 141, 162, and 183.
In Supplemental Table IX: Changes Over Time in Liver Function Test Parameters (IU/L) in Patients with Elevations in Creatine Phosphokinase (Multiple Ascending Dose Study), the study days have been revised from Day 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 to Day 8, 15, 29, 57, 78, 99, 120, 141, 162, and 183.
