Nuclear rupture in auxin-treated, LAP2β-knockdown mNG-AID-LB1 cells, relevant to Figure 7. mNG-AID-LB1 DLD-1 cells stably expressing NLS-tdTomato (nuclear integrity reporter, cyan) and H2B-IRFP (chromatin marker, magenta) were transfected with LAP2β RNAi 48 hours before auxin treatment for 16 additional hours, followed by live imaging at 40X magnification every 3 minutes for 4 hours.
