Error in Author Affiliation

In the Original Investigation titled “Total Neoadjuvant Therapy for Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer,”¹ published online July 10, 2025, and in the September 2025 issue, there was an error in the affiliation for for the 31st author, Alberto Puccini, MD, PhD. Dr Puccini’s affiliation should be “Department of Biomedical Sciences, Humanitas University, Pieve Emanuele, Milan, Italy” and “IRCCS Humanitas Research Hospital, Medical Oncology and Hematology Unit, Humanitas Cancer Center, Rozzano, Milan, Italy.” This article was corrected online.
